From 1978 thru '89, there were only two teams that finished 13-3 in the regular season, then from '90 thru the end of that decade/century, there would be fourteen! Below are all 16 such teams last century. Shuffling them up ought to make for a tough exercise.

I was thinking that the '97 Chiefs were the ones that were part of that no punt game. But then realized that was the '03 squad so I would definitely put the '97 Chiefs higher now than I did on the list I created. I think most people would agree on the majority of the top 5 in whatever order they choose to put them in.

ok I’ll take a stab at this one...
1. ‘96 Packers
2. ‘99 Rams
3. ‘92 Cowboys
4. ‘94 49ers
5. ‘90 Bills
6. ‘97 Chiefs
7. ‘90 Giants... 3-3 finish. Only throwing 5 INTs as a team in that era is impressive.
8. ‘96 Broncos... We could have had two straight years of DEN/GB Super Bowls. This team would have made for a better opponent than the Patriots.
9. ‘97 Packers
10. ‘81 49ers
11. ‘95 Chiefs
12. ‘84 Broncos
13. ‘91 Bills
14. ‘97 49ers... Blown out losses in 2 of their last 4 games
15. ‘99 Colts
16. ‘99 Titans
