From 1978 thru '89, there were only two teams that finished 13-3 in the regular season, then from '90 thru the end of that decade/century, there would be fourteen! Below are all 16 such teams last century. Shuffling them up ought to make for a tough exercise.

I was thinking that the '97 Chiefs were the ones that were part of that no punt game. But then realized that was the '03 squad so I would definitely put the '97 Chiefs higher now than I did on the list I created.
