Thanks a lot Chargers

Now we have to pretend Stroud is still allegedly good
A lot of these teams aren't as good as we think: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axzNskQ0iLw

I would rather talk old-school NFL than this modern garbage.

Not me. I don’t miss the days of 1980s 13-10 NFC East snoozers

Haha ... I liked watching the NFC East games of the 1980s. The best division in football. Back then, players on defense were trying to kill offensive players, without fines and penalties every play.

Very surprised with some of these teams this weekend. Obviously the long season took its toll because the Steelers in the first half, Chargers and Broncos in the second half of their games, just ran out of gas. Other than Jacobs, the rest of the Packers offense got battered by the Eagles.

I know Mayfield had another great season JameisBrownston, but sometimes you never know with him. Once again in the playoffs, he has another huge turnover that helps decide the game. Other than that fumble though, he played well and had his best year in football. Fans were hoping the team might face the Lions again. Gritty season though, and much to build on, if they retain Bowles as HC.

McCarthy is out in Dallas but can Jerry Jones make an offer that Ben Johnson wont refuse?

I don't know about the Lions angle. Wouldn't the typical Buccaneers fan have liked the Vikings-Rams winner to beat the Lions so that the Buccaneers could host the NFL title game?

At least that was real. A lot of these players today are actors. And, it is about the storyline, not the play on the field.

Haha ... back in the 80s, officials didnt explain non-calls to QBs on the bench ...

Youre right, JWL, but at least Mayfield knows what he can do against the Lions defense. This Philly defense would have been a challenge for him in a divisional playoff, though the Bucs beat them earlier in the year. If they retain their offensive coach and resign Godwin, this offense will be even better next year.

Exactly. The official should have shown him the money the Walmart General ownership gave him.

Yep, games definitely fixed.

Wow ... and just like that, a 14-3 season goes down the drain. Will the Vikings bring Darnold back? A one-year franchise tag? Go with McCarthy? O'Connell coached a great year but in two big games, his team wasnt ready for primetime. Great defensive effort by the Rams. Good news for Los Angeles fans, who had alot to worry about.

And instead another mediocre 10-7 team that won a weak division by default 'graces' the divisional round

Nobody cares about the Rams, their overrated QB, or their overhyped coach

Rams and Texans are proof that it must be nice to benefit from cupcake schedules
