I did that other thread where I asked what some of the best drives in NFL history are in your opinion.

I said one of my picks is Vince Young’s 99 yard drive vs the Cardinals in 2009. Regular season game obviously, but it’s probably one of the top 5-10 in my book if only for how dramatic it feels to watch it gradually unfold.

One of the things that stood out to me was that three different fourth downs were converted on the drive.

That got me thinking, what is the most fourth downs ever converted on a single drive in an NFL game? Is it more than three?

When the Colts beat the eventual SB VIII champions in 1973, they had a second half drive that gave them a 16-0 lead. It was a 16 play, 47 yard drive, converted four 4th downs.
