Question on the 1967 Oakland Raiders

Hello: I see the 1967 Oakland Raiders recorded 67 sacks for 655 yards. It still may be a record number of sacks in a fourteen-game season.

Does anyone know where the 655 yards in sack yardage stands entering 2026? Is it close to being the record?

Just at a glance, 655 seems too high, doesn't it? That's almost 10 yards per sack, and I don't think quarterbacks used to drop back any farther in those days than they do now. Makes me wonder if it's a typo for 556 or something -- which would still be on the high side, I think.
