2025 NFL season, Wks #10 thru #13

What a way for Denver to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of their last World Championship...by mimicking them!! Of course '25 has to actually finish-the-job for a comparison between they and '15 to be truly warranted, but how do you compare these two so far? This defense, thus far, compared to 2015...the Orange Crush...'97/'98, etc?
When you think of Pats/Colts, of course you first think Brady/Peyton. Well, here they are the top-two seeds these past few weeks since that very era itself (oh yeah, the Andrew Luck era as well)! Colts are not a paper-tiger with me. They were due for a loss and did that at Pittsburgh last week; back in the win-column they are with their win over Atl! If there is just a little 'touch' of paper-tiger-hood in them, its just a little. The Pats, to me, have even LESS paper-tiger-hood in them, if they have any in them at all (same thing with Denver)! They are already looking to me like a top-seed/SB-participant.
No, my take on the Chiefs is still the same - "until they either don't make the playoffs or get eliminated in the AFC playoffs, they are still King of the Conference." But these Pats, Colts, as well as Denver and the Chargers I now feel safe to say are closer in the rear-view/a bigger threat than the Bills or Ravens.
Both those teams have already proven that they can't top KC when it matters most. That opener between them - bad defenses - told me then and there that neither will represent the AFC yet again. I didn't make a big deal about Buffalo beating KC yet again in the regular season last week - and their stinker vs Miami yesterday solidifies my not making a big deal of it. Bills are essentially 'just' Josh Allen! In fairness to Baltimore, they may end up catching fire. Perhaps the defense will further and further improve (they ought to go on a nice run from here) Myself, and Vegas, already 'gave' them the division weeks ago! But I think it'll be one of these 'new' Big Movers in the AFC who will be the one to knock off KC if the Chiefs are to be knocked off at all in the conference.
Got to still respect and see the Eagles as the defending-World Champs until. But, man, McVay's Rams are as close-up in their rear-view mirror as can be! Rams are due for another Lombardi. They're reminding me of what my take was on the Ravens in the years following their 2012 Title. I had them winning-it-all at least a couple of those immediate years following, but it never was to be, I'd like to think McVay/Stafford would have won another one by now (it took McVay a bit to even return to the '21 SB from three years prior). Other good teams and stories from the NFC to mention, but it only makes sense for me to assume Rams and Eagles in the NFCCG - winner takes the Lombardi.
And (back to the AFC) can we finally just award the league MVP to a running back again if Jonathan Taylor keeps on keeping on??
