Teams since 1941 ranked by "Luck" rating

Another stat I came up with is what I call the "luck" rating.

I calculate every team's Score% Differential and assign the percentiles of those (100 being best, zero being worst, and the remainder split up evenly by how many teams remain), and rank the teams by regular season record and assign the percentiles of those (with ties going to the team with the higher Score% Differential).

The difference is luck rating. The teams that rank higher statistically than they do by record are "unlucky" and will have a negative total in this metric.
The teams that have a better record are "luckier" and have a positive total in this metric.
