Eagles defeat Cowboys in Week 1 24-20

The ejection of Jalen Carter really hurt the Eagles last Thursday. The Defense missed by a whisker three sacks and three pass interceptions. With Carter to disrupt the offense, Philadelphia would have made these plays and turned the game into a route. Quinyon Mitchell recorded the one turnover deep in Eagle territory. It was a fumble from Miles Sanders after he made a 60 yard run. I think Mitchell would have gone 70 yards for a touchdown but Dak Prescott stayed with the play and made the tackle. 24 to 20 victory
