did he play? Did he start? No, didn't start.
QR says maybe case of like if someone got in fight on sideline before game ... but it was after KO...

Crazy game ... now a weather delay. Cant have lightning I guess.
Nothing like a spitting incident to get a player ejected before the offense even runs a play ... If Ferguson catches the TD, the Cowboys lead, they fumble on the next play. The penalty on Blankenship was bogus ... *
*Edited ... dropped passes killed the Cowboys.

Credit Philly for getting a win largely without Carter.
Granted I've heard that Cee Dee lamb dropped a few passes, but still.

Now he's been suspended for one game, but that one game is the game in which he committed the infraction for which he was suspended
