The Hall of Very Good ballots will in be included in Issue 5 of The Coffin Corner. Creation of the ballot itself requires a bit of time, but the list of names has been sent to The Coffin Corner by the HoVG Committee and the work to build the ballot has started. Issue 5 will go to the printer September 1 and will start reaching members about two weeks after that.

In the meantime, Issue 4 of The Coffin Corner should begin arriving in the mail soon. It was sent to the printer last week.

I'm not exactly certain...
We're awaiting the official word from The Coffin Corner which will also include the paper ballot.

You still have some time for those extra tough last 2 to 3 choices.


Last year we had a record setting number of voters but we're currently behind that pace.
I bumped the thread so we could get back on track... and hopefully avoid a deluge in the final days...

I think October 31 is usually the voting deadline.

You are correct.
However, the ballot was not in the last Coffin Corner so we are expecting an extension of the usual deadline.
I'm just not sure of the new deadline... it will be on the ballot in the next CC.
