I know Mike Quick had two 90+ yard TDs in 1984 and 1985. I thought that was odd, so I looked up a few other people and couldn't find anyone other than John Taylor with more than 1. Most WRs didn't have any....even the ones who you thought would have a few.RichardBak wrote: ↑Tue Dec 12, 2023 5:05 pm Took a quick look at PFR list of longest receptions in history. Mike Wallace and Terrell Owens also had two 90-yard+ receptions in their careers. Aside from them and JuJu and Taylor, nobody else has done it more than once.
It was not his first NFL pass, but it was his first NFL TD pass. Came in his second appearance.RichardBak wrote: ↑Tue Dec 12, 2023 7:21 pm Karl Sweetan's very first NFL TD pass was a 99-yarder to Pat Studstill at Baltimore in 1966.
It was all downhill from there....
That's what I said.John Maxymuk wrote: ↑Wed Dec 13, 2023 6:55 pmIt was not his first NFL pass, but it was his first NFL TD pass. Came in his second appearance.RichardBak wrote: ↑Tue Dec 12, 2023 7:21 pm Karl Sweetan's very first NFL TD pass was a 99-yarder to Pat Studstill at Baltimore in 1966.
