I thought Kordell Stewart achieved the distinction as well but after his first two seasons catching passes, he was used at QB and never was utilized as a receiver again, finishing with 6 TD catches, counting postseason. I feel had he stayed at receiver, his career would have been more successful but Cowher felt he could stay effective at QB, where he played decently in 1997, 2000 and 2001.

Bob Hoerrnschmeyer did this also. Maybe they don't count his AAFC seasons IDK.
