This team had two RBs on its roster that would combine for 18,964 career rushing yards and 147 career rushing TDs...yet this particular season these two RBs combined for merely 210 rushing yards and 0 rushing TDs while the team itself finished last in the NFL with only 3.3 yards per carry. Name the team, season & two RBs.

1984 Seahawks. Franco Harris & Curt Warner

Honestly this was a really lucky guess for me. My first thought was Joe Perry at the tail end of his career on the Colts with Lenny Moore who may have had an off year. My next thought was if Franco's twilight season in Seattle coincided with Warner's injury year.

Correct! And even though the Seahawks were last with 3.3 YPC, they still finished 12th in the NFL in rushing attempts. Ground Chuck at its best/worst.

Knox and the Seahawks were a tough team though. You wonder how good they could have been had Warner not gotten injured ? And the Seahawks were the last team to beat the NY Giants during their 1986 SB year ...
