Browns - Packers Last Interception

The Packers defensive back, who intercepted Baker Mayfield's last pass, ran a few steps after his interception and then fell to the turf without being touched. He then arose and ran to the end zone to celebrate. Perhaps I 'm missing something here, but wasn't this still a live play ( unless, for some reason, the officials blew the whistle after he fell)? As best as I could see it didn't appear he was touched by a Browns' player.

Browns might have won this game if they had never thrown a pass their final drive. The run game was killing the Pack, though there was defensive holding on the interception.

Referees blew the game against Seattle as well. Graham pushed off before catching the winning TD for Chicago.

"An official shall declare the ball dead and the down ended ... when a runner declares himself down by: falling to the ground, or kneeling, and clearly making no immediate effort to advance; (or) sliding feet-first on the ground. When a runner slides feet-first, the ball is dead the instant he touches the ground with anything other than his hands or his feet."
