One technical issue I wish could be resolved

This isn't meant as an attack or criticism or anything, but it is something I run into a lot, so maybe someone has a workaround.

I get "a", "the", "that", "of", etc. are common words that shouldn't be searchable, but I'm lost how "Thorpe" winds up in that category

It appears the site administrator needs to do this:

I don't see why this process couldn't be run on a regular schedule during overnight hours.

Also, there is a threshold setting that the administrator needs to increase. See this support thread:

The default threshold setting appears to be way too low.
