I nominated Van Note in the past, but I don't think he has been a finalist. He is worthy.

He's worthy based on playing at such a high level for such a long time. I've got an ongoing "list of guys I could nominate" and he's on it.

He will get in, it's only a matter of time. So will Mike Kenn and Bill Fralic. Atlanta had some pretty good linemen in the 80s.

Before Fralic, the Falcons also had R. C. Thielemann, who then went to start for the Redskins in Super Bowl XVII.

Solid player on an offensive line that didn't get that much attention.
