According to Hall of Fame voter Clark Judge, the HOF Board yesterday voted to have only one senior player nominee per year for the next four years (2021-24). There will also be one coach and one contributor nominee for the four years. Really too bad.

Based on the centennial class, I'd really prefer they stop selecting seniors all together.

It doesn't seem like who they are selecting are "senior" candidates. Beyond 25 years since last playing? Yes. But what about the real old-time guys from the 30s thru the 50s? There are still plenty of them that should be considered, if not enshrined.

Team owners generally have no business being in the HOF. With some exceptions of course. The early guys...Rooneys and Mara's fine. But Pat Bowlen?

I'm with Chris ... give the contributor group it's own annex in the HOF and leave slots for the dudes who play the game ...

I believe the current nominee actually played a minor contributing part to the "Team of the 70's" (and beyond).
But I just can't see a scout going into the HoF.
Scouts, assistant coaches... what's next? Agents?

Agree 100%. It's getting ridiculous.
Also agree with Jeff Miller. Keep the slots available for the players!
