Longtime starters with no Pro Bowl/All-Pro/All-Conference
Reviewing the all-time Decade teams and getting back to John Anderson, linebacker for the Packers from 1978-1989 who somehow was All-80s instead of Rickey Jackson, despite no having a Pro Bowl/All-Pro or All-Conference honors (he was all-rookie, though), I know there have been many longtime starteers who heve been overlooked due to their lack of personal honors. Another player (off the top of my head) who fits this description is Donnell Thompson, the longtime Colts DE. I know there are many others. Do you remember some of them?

For defensive players, Karlos Dansby or Reggie Williams.
John Anderson was a very talented pass defender for a linebacker. Assuming Dansby was as well.

I always found it interesting that the Minnesota LB corps of Winston, Warwick and Hilgenberg played together as long as they did, and the defense was so highly rated, yet none ever made a Pro Bowl ...

Ritcher made a couple Pro Bowls in the Super Bowl years. He also made a couple All Pro 2nd Teams.
