It may be another week or two before people receive it in the mail. When I post it on the website, that is when it is sent to the printer. It takes a few weeks beyond that to print and mail it out to the membership.

I see "we" are looking at gathering in Canton in 2020.
I understand dates are TBD but do we have a ballpark (date, not Fawcett Stadium) in mind.
It seems these thing are usually during the summer months. Is that the plan, generally speaking?

From the minutes:

Sunday, March 17, 2019
Mr. Crippen called an email meeting of the Board of Directors for the purpose of discussing the recommendation by Mr. Bozeka concerning the date, place and primary hotel for the 2020 PFRA Convention in Canton, Ohio.
The Board members were generally supportive of the proposal. A brief discussion ensued. At 7:52 AM, March 19, Mr. Elder moved:
1. That we accept the Pro Football Hall of Fame as the meeting point for our 2020 convention on June 18-21, 2020;
2. That the Hyatt hotel near the PFHoA be the official hotel of the convention;
3. That the attendance prices for the 2020 PFRA Convention be $50 for members
and $100 for non-members;
4. That the sales of t-shirts be made separate from the attendance purchase and that
potential attendees must elect to buy their shirts ahead of the convention;
5. That we only have t-shirts made on an as-ordered basis;
6. And that we all look forward to a terrific time together in Canton.
The vote was completed later the same day and passed 7-0.
