I'm sure they were all drinking iced tea. Great piece of history.

I know the NFL has Owners meetings, but is that the only time they ever had a Coaches meeting? I think it makes sense to get all the head coaches together once a year for a day to go over new rules changes, etc and talk about issues amongst themselves in private.

The coaches do have an annual meeting of sorts in the offseason.
