My hall for the 1990s. (alphabetically) Same deal as my previous decades. If the sculptor called and said “I’ve only got enough bronze for 20 busts.”

I easily got down to 21 and had to make a tough decision and painfully leave off someone. See if you can guess who it is.

Derrick Thomas. I eliminated Elway early out of my group of QBs due to his "meh" early part of the decade. He'd be a shoo in for a '95-'99 Hall.
