Yep, instead of us having to force ourselves "with a clear head", "not knowing what would actually happen in the playoffs" to rank each team going into a post-season, we can now do it in real-time leading up to the 1st-Rd itself! It's, basically, a post-season prediction post. Okay, before the playoffs begin but until every Week #17 game is over (yes, at time of posting, some important ones are still being decided)...let's shuffle 'em up!
Happy New Year, all on this site!
Keep further educating me 2018 and beyond!

1. Vikings... Their D is really fun to watch. The Jags got more press though.
2. Patriots
3. Saints
4. Steelers... Would have ended the year on a 10 game winning streak if not for that controversial loss vs. the Patriots.
5. Jaguars... With a young, talented defense and Fournette, I think they may be in the beginnings of a Seahawks-like run in the AFC.
6. Rams
7. Eagles... Losing Wentz hurts. In spite of having home field, I will be shocked if they make the Super Bowl. Will probably lose their first playoff game.
8. Chiefs... Never scored less than 26 in a 4 game winning streak to close out the season.
9. Chargers... Won 6 of their last 7
10. Ravens
11. Panthers
12. Falcons

Real tough division-winners in the NFC! Eagles would be either tied for 2nd, 2b, or alone at #3 if not for Wentz being out. Foles not a bad backup but with the competition at-hand, I just don’t see the Birds able to get through the divisionals even against Cam’s Panthers nor the defending-NFC-champs themselves. A Rams/Vikings divisional would remind us of the ’70s albeit the game not being out in the elements.
A bad mid-season for KC but will judge them by their last four games as well as that 5-0 start. Not too sold on Jags come to think of it; and not just because of losing their last two. Only real quality-win was at the ’Burgh but that was early and an anomaly, or at least an anomaly because of the lopsidedness of it. Jags seem to have a nice future but not just yet. I see Steelers’ O and enough of their D getting them to Foxboro no matter who their divisional opponent will be. And, again, the buck will stop there. I have Pats at #1 for the obvious reasoning, but they will truly have to earn it in the end if it’s the Vikings hosting them this February 4th!
