In Sunday's game the Giants lost 4 wide receivers due to injury.
Does anyone remember one team losing that many players at one position in one game?

No, but Dick Butkis wiped out a bunch of Cardinals in a preseason game around 1968-70. i don't know how many Cards were injured by Butkis, but I seem to remember it was several. Maybe it was some kind of record of injuries caused by one man. I don't think that it was dirty football, but just hard tackles that caused fractures.

And Hardy Brown (supposedly?) took out the whole offensive backfield of the Redskins (if I recall correctly) in one game.
That would be three (or four, in those days?) different positions in one game by one player.

And unlike the supposition above I am pretty sure it was dirty football.
