Addall: source for new & used books

Post by fgoodwin »

It's years after the fact, and I finally decide to buy a copy of "Guts and Glory: The Golden Years of Professional Football, 1958-1978" (2011).

I know there is a later 2015 edition, but the 2011 edition is the one I want. I assumed after six years, the prices would've gone down, so I check Amazon and what do I see, but the book is listed at over $200! I want the book, but I'm not paying $200. So I turn to my trusty fallback: used.addall.com. And I find a shrink-wrapped, 2011 edition for under $30!

Moral of the story: Amazon is fine, but if you really want to save money, go to used.addall.com

A book I have read that you may like is "Cowboys Have Always Been My Heroes," by Peter Golenbock. It is about the Dallas Cowboys starting from the beginning in 1960 through the 1970's. After reading it, I thought that my brother, a Dallas Cowboys fan, would enjoy it, so I sent him a copy. He did like it very much.

I tried the site with a search by "ISBN" since my other searches were returning too many results for a book I've been waiting to get a good price on that has a high price on Amazon. The seller that came up.... Amazon. :)
