Chris Hinton HOVG?

Post by 74_75_78_79_ »

i guess there's no bother asking if he, by chance, can get into Canton. Just three All Pro selections (7 PBs) although the final one came as late as in '93 with Atl. Hardly playing on any good teams has to hurt his case.

I am on the fence regarding his hall of very goodness. I was shocked to see him on the semi-finalist list (I think it was that list) for the HOF this past year.

Chris Hinton (2/7/none) strikes me as one of those guys who is just below HoF threshold. Probably a decent HoVG choice, though. Folks like Lomas Brown (2/7/none) and Richmond Webb (2/7/90s) seem to have similar cases.
