HC, DC, OC, STs, OL coach, DL coach, LBs, secondary, RBs, WRs, QBs, assistant-HC, etc.

You can either pick who you think is literally the best at each position or simply pick a staff that you feel would work best (more coehesive) together.

My first dilemma would be Arnsbarger or LeBeau?

Taking the chemistry issue into account, I might be more inclined to take Bud Carson as DC, since he was slightly less prickly than Buddy.

Paul Brown HC. Considering he took a team from a defunct league into the established NFL and dominated the league for a good part of the 1950s. Also an innovative force. I would perhaps go with Lombardi pre-Packers as my OC when he was with the Giants. Buddy Ryan DC.

Also, couldn't Carson be picked over Buddy simply because he may have been...better?

I'm sure you wouldn't want Buddy and Gilbride on same team.

As for an offense that's more run-oriented, anyone think that Ron Erhardt would make a good choice? Mike Kubiac? Norv?

Monte Clark for the OL, Floyd Peters for the DL.

Dick LeBeau DC

Tom Moore, assistant-HC and/or OC

Mike Westhoff, STs

Ray Rhodes, secondary

Dick Hoak, RBs

Rob Chudzinsky, TEs; his rep as an OC is just getting started. Greatly assisting a 21st century Browns squad to a 10-6 record (2007) is a monster accomplishment in itself! HC? Still smarts me he only given one measly year with Browns in '13. He needs another chance at that spot somewhere before it's over!
