Name the players/game trivia

I will describe a play from a game, you name the players involved and the game in which it took place.
#1: Ex-Bears QB now on the Packers, throws an INT to a former Packers LB great, now on the Redskins.

November 3, 1974, Dave Robinson picks off one of two Jack Concannon interceptions in a 17-6 Washington win at Lambeau in Green Bay.

Future Super Bowl QB throws for 3 TDs and rushes for 2 TDs in one of his first starts as a rookie. The opposing QB, a past Super Bowl QB, does not fare as well and throws 4 INTs. A future NFL head coach has a tough day, gaining 21 yards on 15 carries.

hmmm.... My first thought was Staubach, Starr and Reeves but I know that's not right.

I found the answer and yes, you're not right. Had to do some Goggling and it's save to say I would never have gotten this one without the internet.

I think the key to figuring it out is the RB who became a HC. And the only one I can think of off the top of my head (at the moment) is Reeves. Though of course I'm at work right now and my mind is on other things.

I have a trivia, but it consist of multiple games.
Who is the only defensive back who has returned interceptions for TDs of three different Super Bowl-winning quarterbacks that are retired and currently are not in the HOF (The DB in turn is also retired and not in the HOF, and he was a member of a different team in each pick-six).
