With the exception of Tom Brady, that is.

With the retirement of Steve Smith Sr it begs the question.

I'll assume Adam Vinatieri since there's no way he was 16 when he kicked for the Pats in Super Bowl 31. I'll take an educated guess and say he's the last active player to be in Sega Genesis/Super Nintendo era football games.
