Who do you think is better between these two conference runner-ups who, of course, would each make that extra step and meet in SBL ten seasons later?

I think that Plummer was a little better than Delhomme, and the Broncos probably beat the Panthers because Carolina didn't have any healthy RB's for that game (a Broncos SB win that year would have led to Plummer's retirement).
