Hey Guys,
At the risk of being accused of a shameless promotion, I recently (this morning) began a new Facebook page entitled The NFL in the 1970s. Seeing that I recently wrote a book on the subject, I figured that it would be a fun way to promote the book, and hear what other fans have to say about pro football's greatest decade (in my humble opinion). Thanks for checking it out the next time you are on Facebook!
Sincerely,
Joe Zagorski

Next time I order from Amazon which I'm sure to do again soon, I'll buy. Look forward to reading!
And if I ever stop procrastinating and get a-crackin' with my '78-thru-'81 (first four years of 16-game era, before the strike) period piece book, I'll try to overlap as little as possible with what you write about '78 & '79. Example - if you didn't mention the John Clayton-led 'Shouldergate' from Summer '78, I will.

Hi Joe! I don't do facebook...maybe someday...but I did order your book when I got home from this summer's PFRA meeting.
I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know you on the drives between the hotel and Lambeau, and also talking with you about your six year mission to complete the book.

I don't do the Facebook either, nor do I do the Twitter.
I've bought your book, but I haven't read it yet because I'm not avoiding any non-reference books as I am writing a book (or more likely, it will turn out to be a series of books) and want to avoid other people's books but I loaned it to my brother who is a big football fan and he loved it. I look forward to the day when I can read it.

Thanks Guys! I really enjoyed that trip to Green Bay too! I'm glad we didn't get too lost in the NFL's smallest city! LOL. Thanks for buying my book John! I did not mention the John Clayton Shouldergate from 1978, so feel free to write away on that one! Glad that your brother liked my book Rupert! Take care and enjoy tonight's MNF game!

Since Joe didn't mention it, I will ... He did a radio interview about his book via telephone and the PFRA was prominently mentioned.

It's a good interview, well worth listening to.
