I think that the Eagles are the answer to the first two questions, but the Jet collapse turned out to be the most staggering because it changed the course of the franchise.

Allegedly, Pete Carroll told Boomer Esiason after the season that he was going to make some changes, and that he was going to love them. Then, the Leon Hess Full Retard plan was implemented, as Carroll was fired, and Kotite was hired.

That led to a terrible two year era for the Jets, then to Parcells, then to "I resign as coach of NYJ", then to the mediocrity that has been their hallmark for the last 15 years.

Well, if they had played each other I'm sure the Eagles would have won. Because don't the Eagles ALWAYS beat the Jets??
