Colts: Meyer to Pagano
A pretty amazing factoid about this franchise! Not counting Rick Venturi's interim work last 11 games of '91, the Indy Colts have had six-straight official HCs who led them to the post-season at least once. Ron Meyer (in '87), Ted Marchibroda ('95), Lindy Infante ('96), Jim Mora ('99, '00), Tony Dungy ('02 thru '08), Jim Caldwell ('09, '10), and finally Chuck Pagano ('12 - yes mostly under Arians, '13 & '14). Thoughts? Any other such streak? I know Rams had 5-straight HCs, Allen-through-Robinson, who had winning-seasons.

Definitely impressive. Makes you wonder why a few of them didn't stick around longer. I can think of a few teams with that many consecutive HCs who failed to take their team to the playoffs.

The Vikings are also running on a streak of 6 straight coaches leading them to the playoffs.
Jerry Burns, Dennis Green, Mike Tice, Brad Childress, Leslie Frazier, Mike Zimmer.
The Bears also had a streak of 6 straight coaches. Jack Pardee, Neill Armstrong , Mike Ditka, Dave Wannstedt, Dick Jauron, and Lovie Smith.
It could be argued that the Bears had another streak of 6 if you accept two premises.
1- The 1932 playoff counts as a postseason game.
2- Count each George Halas tenure as head coach separately. If so, it goes: Ralph Jones, Halas, Luke Johnsos/Hunk Anderson, Halas, Paddy Driscoll, Halas.
The Eagles are on a streak of 5 coaches. Buddy Ryan, Rich Kotite, Ray Rhodes, Andy Reid, Chip Kelly. (Pat Shurmur served as interim coach for one game last season.)

Conversely, the only Browns coaches to not lose 10 games in a season were Paul Brown and Blanton Collier. Technically, Marty Scottenheimer didn't, since he took over the 84 Browns and finished 4-4--though the team finished 5-11.

I think what's more impressive is that both the Cowboys and the Steelers each had streaks of 3 coaches that won Super Bowls.
