'15 Broncos VS '13 Seahawks

The '13 Broncos offensive juggernaut that got blown away in the Bowl and their predominantly defensive installment two years later. Two quite different SB teams just two years apart. Reminds me of the '82 & '84 Dolphins, only the more-defense version came first. How does this past Denver installment do against Legion of Boom? I'm going to go with Boom though it would make a nice D-slugfest. In fact, I'll take the '13 Hawks over this past 15-1 Carolina one as well, this despite Panthers giving the better Seattle team a (within a TD) game in each of their '12-thru-'14 meetings. Hey, this past '15 version of Seattle gave the now-better Carolina games in both their contests as well.

Definitely would have to go with the Seahawks. A much more balanced team than the '15 Broncos were and I think Russell Wilson would have handled the Broncos D better than a ready to retire Manning would have handled the Seahawks. After what that Seahawks D did to Manning in '13 just think what they would have done to him when Manning was about half as good.
2013 Seahawks was an extremely good team that perhaps was close to being great while the 2015 Broncos was just a product of having a quality GM that new how to build a successful team that didn't have to rely on one player.

Like the '85 Bears, the '13 Hawks could D either the run or pass but whereas the Bears specialized against the run (and balanced offenses), Hawks forte was vs the pass. The '13 Broncos played right into their hands. SBXLVIII and XIX remind me of each other. The Broncos' '15 installment would have run the ball more slowing down the pace; and they had some D as well. Hawks still win, likely by more than a TD, but a gritty close enough game. 23-13 or 26-13, I guess. JMO, and also my opinion that of all the teams so far this century that actually WON the SB (yes, this excludes '01 Rams, '07 Pats, etc), the '13 Hawks may very well be the best. Either they or '03/'04 Pats.

I would have the 13 Hawks, 10, Pack, and the 00 Ravens as the best champions of this century. The 2003 and 04 Patriot teams really weren't that good, especially the 2003 version. They were a few plays away from going 9-7, and they should have been bounced in the first playoff game against Tennessee (they probably would have if McNair doesn't miss on two sure-fire TD passes in the first half, or if they go back to the run after the fumble they recovered late in the third).
