Bad teams w several or more Pro Bowlers/All Pros

Looking at the '83 Bucs that finished 2-14...there were actually three Pro Bowlers on that squad with one of them also an All Pro. Perhaps there are even better examples. Without getting too close to .500 (ex. 7-9, 6-8; even 6-10, 5-9), what squads can you come up with that were well below .500 yet still mustered quite a few Pro Bowlers and/or All Pros?

The 1967 Bills (4-10) had nine Pro Bowlers (1 All Pro.); granted, there were fewer teams in the AFL, but in 1964, the 12-2 champion Bills had 10 Pro Bowlers.
The 1968 Bills were as bad as it gets, and they had five Pro Bowl players.

In 2013, the Browns were 4-12 and had five Pro Bowlers (and one alternate):

That was the year where they seemed to fall apart after QB Brian Hoyer was injured. They were 3-0 with him as a starter.

Also, a little known fact: They had a guy named Dion Lewis at RB, but he was lost for the year in pre-season. Could have been a happier ending with a full year of Hoyer and Lewis.

The 1998 Chargers were 5-11 but Rodney Harrison and Junior Seau both made the AP All Pro Team.

This probably isn't directly on point, but I have a question about it, and didn't want to start an entirely new thread.

The 1960 expansion Dallas Cowboys went 0-11-1, yet managed to place TE Jim Doran in the Pro Bowl. He had 31 receptions for 554 yards and 3 TDs.

Was his performance actually exceptional when compared with other TEs in 1960? Or did Pro Bowl selection rules at that time require at least one representative per team, and Doran was the best the Cowboys could offer?
