For select periods:
1981-98: 49ers 17-1 over the Rams
1967-80: Rams 12-1-1 over the 49ers
1970-86: Dolphins 15-2 over the Bills
1978-93: Dolphins 14-2 over the Colts
1968-77: Vikings 9-1 over the Lions (17-6 from 68-90)
1968-77: Vikings 9-1 over the Packers
2002-12: Steelers 10-1 over the Browns
1950-69: Browns 15-5 over the Steelers
1965-80: Cowboys 12-2 over the Giants
1968-79: Cowboys 10-2 over the Eagles
In the Belichick era:
2000-14: Patriots 13-2 over the Bills

The Eagles have a 1.000 winning percentage when facing the Jets on the road.

Not quite as good, but the Lions in Cleveland have a 7-4 record, 6-3 without the two title games in 1952 and 1954. Between 1971-2000, the Lions played in Cleveland just once--in 1986.
