There was a lot going on at Wright-Patt when I last visited there but that was (Wow!) 56 years ago.

It kinda has to win right?

I understand entirely that most don't love the place as much as I do. But it's Ohio, not California or Hawaii. And I went to college and then lived there for 5 years, the best our it attraction has to be the HOF.

I'd certainly vote for the PFHOF, but I wouldn't take Ohio tourist attractions quite so lightly. I visited the Rock and Roll HOF last summer, en route to a family reunion in Wisconsin. I'm not a fan of the music and I went only because my son-in-law was driving and he really wanted to visit, but I was very impressed with the layout and the quality of the displays. I suspect it has wider appeal than the PFHOF.

The Cleveland Museum of Art is also an outstanding attraction, although its appeal certainly isn't nearly so broad. I would say the same for the Great Lakes Science Center.

I've visited both the PFHOF and RRHOF. Both within the last year actually. Although the football hall is more interesting to me, (the RR hall IS very interesting too BTW) I have to say that the RRHOF is more extensive and better laid out. Nothing beats the PFHOF's enshrinees areas though. The interactive displays are excellent.

I also went last year to both Halls. It's a tough choice, and even more difficult to compare, but something I prefer from the PFHOF is when you can go out to Fawcett Stadium and play with the footballs, then they show the length in the field of some of the famous plays in NFL history, that attracted many young and inexperienced fans the time I went. I wish there would be more interactive things in the RRHOF.
