Lynn Swann in Super Bowl XIV

Hey Guys:

I know that Lynn Swann was injured in the third quarter of Super Bowl XIV and did not return to action. Does anyone know the specifics of his injury? Was it a concussion? Thanks for your help.

Without going back and looking at the play, my recollection is he landed on either his head or his shoulder.
