Hey Guys:
I watched a few football games from Miami's Orange Bowl, and I noticed that they had an invocation (prayer) just prior to each game. Does anyone out there know when this practice started? Does anyone know when it stopped? Is it still going on? Thanks for your info.

They were doing this at the University of Tennessee's Neyland Stadium back in the 1960's and the last time I went 15 years ago.
