I believe Bob Carroll wrote about Jack Lummus but it is wonderful that some members of the media still remember our veterans and are allowed the space to remind the rest of us.
I noticed a sharp decrease in the number of Pearl Harbor remembrances this past December than appeared in previous years.

While we may know that Maurice Britt was the other NFL player, who was the other professional baseball player?
