There are two people in this picture I can't identify - any ideas? Thanks.

From the left to right

Can't make it out - looks like Lotsman

These players are what's left when you remove the names above from the roster

Barker played in the first two games before joining Rock Island. Usher joined the team following his departure.

Trainer Andy Lotshaw is at far right.

I have the unidentified player recorded as Burt Ingwersen in another source, although he does not appear to have played for Decatur in 1921.

Struggling to find that Ingwersen reference again, although do have it noted, so it must be buried away somewhere.

The Bears have an alternative, somewhat higher resolution, version of your photo on their webpage, although the players are not identified.

Looking closer the unidentified player, he appears to look more like Dick Barker than Ingwersen -

There is a second 1921 team photo that appears in the Staley Fellowship Journal and includes Barker (seventh from right) -

Need some higher resolution versions of these photos to be positive, but doesn't look like Ingwersen to me.

Finally found the Ingwersen reference.
Richard Whittingham's book "The Chicago Bears.." (1986 edition) has the same photo and the caption identifies the unknown player as Ingwersen.
Still looks like Barker to me though.
