If career assistant coaches ever have a shot at HOF election, Joe Collier is certainly worthy. Very resourceful and successful.
Head coaching career would have been much better had Kemp, Powell, Sestak and others stayed healthy ...

RIP Jimmy Johnson
A pioneering shut down cornerback who deserved to be on a championship team. Not many QBs would throw in his area and just across the Bay in Oakland, was another great cornerback as well in Willie Brown. Had I lived in that era and area as a young man, I would have went to Kezar and Alameda to watch both of those great players.

Jim Otto (Center, Oakland Raiders) passed today, Sunday May 19th.
Truly one of the greats, he will always be remembered and honored by Bay Area football fans.
