I think I have it. Bobby Boyd retired after Super Bowl III and became an assistant coach. He was on the sidelines (or booth) in Super Bowl V.

Dan Reeves was both a player and an Assistant Coach in both Super Bowls 5 & 6, so he and Boyd achieved that status in SB V.
