I actually think that the 1990 changes were nicer. The Jet unis were starting to look boring. Yeah, I guess I got to agree across-the-board ALL sports. Heck NHL All-Star Game (hockey also a collision-sport, mind you) played midseason - when if someone gets injured? And NBA, like Pro Bowl, nothing but an all-offense affair. No Super Bowl players in the Pro Bowl...yes, simply let it be a thing of the past. Of course, (and now for a REALLY unpopular opinion) I've also long felt that MLB should do away with their All-Star game as well. I would rather watch the least meaningful regular season game of the entire MLB season than watch the All-Star game.
