Stafford deserves credit for helping goad Woolen into that ridiculous penalty yesterday as well. Like Namath getting pissed at George Atkinson for running his mouth in the 1968 AFL Championship game, Stafford immediately picked on Woolen for the TD pass. Namath went after Atkinson on a bomb to Maynard that helped decide that game.

When the Rams got the ball back--some on here felt they should have gone for two after the TD--I felt for certain that they would score another one. On 4th down they went for it and came up short ... should they have kicked the FG?

I will admit, with their momentum, they probably should have went for two after Stafford burned Woolen on the TD but McVay probably felt it was too early to chase points? Who would have thought they wouldnt score in the 4th quarter?

I definitely thought they should have taken the field goal. You do that and it's a one-point game and you add four minutes to the clock. But that doesn't seem to be the nature of the league right now, so I'm more forgiving.
