At 29-21, Denver got a late touchdown.
If there was a 2PC, either they miss and we still get that onside kick attempt
But if Denver tied it……. Considering how important that game was for Buffalo would they have been able to win?
Heck if Denver wins maybe Buffalo never realizes their potential and Miami or the Raiders are the AFC team in SB XXV
As for the Broncos, I don't know if that win would have made much difference for them that year except for the standings. They were dealing with some injuries. It may have had more of an impact on 1991. Maybe they don't have a fifth-place schedule, and they don't get as far as they did. If they end up missing the playoffs two years in a row, maybe Dan Reeves is let go.
