Interesting...is it a trick question? I can think of several letters that aren't on NFL helmets.

Perhaps it's not just logos but also that warning sticker on the back.

You must be referring to each team's nickname, centered above the facemask.
So the only 2 letters not used among all 32 NFL Team nicknames are Q and Z.
Interesting Q - made me think!

I hadn't considered that the teams have their nicknames on the front of the helmet, so the Texans have taken care of the X. Matthew guessed my line of thinking, the ubiquitous warning sticker, which does have Z on it-- an advisory that a symptom of concussion can be dizziness. Well done, both of you.

Jimmy Walker of Providence College was selected in both the first NFL-AFL combined draft in 1967 and in the 1967 NBA draft. He had a unique distinction in the NFL-AFL draft, and another unique distinction in the NBA draft. What were those distinctions?

That may be true, Rupert, but it is not the answer being sought. In fact, if your answer was correct, no doubt it would have been mentioned in the source article for the question. So, instead, let's say no; it is not the answer.
(Rupert - You have a PM with the source article.)
