Congratulations to Vrabel and the Patriots for having their first winning season since 2021. Those uniforms need to stay in the closet though. Whats with all the damn white helmets throughout the league?

Albeit against a laughably weak schedule
The Patriots are going to be a one and done in the playoffs and lose by double digits
This team is the definition of a paper tiger……. Even the 95/97 Chiefs at least played tougher schedules

Schedules aside which is a better roster: Mid 90's Chiefs or this year's Patriots?

Its still surprising that the Patriots didnt do more at the trade deadline? With alot of cap space and resourses, they could have added more pieces to their successful year but I feel Vrabel wants to build more through the draft. Maybe Wolf and Vrabel feel that obtaining short-term free agents werent going to make a difference, but they could have on their offensive line. Another weapon for Maye or defensive help couldnt have hurt either.
Playoff success or not, Vrabel is only like the 6th head coach since the 1970 merger to lead his team to an eight game winning streak or higher, in his first season.

The injury bug still continues to hit the NFL starting lineups as Love for GB comes back from injury to beat the Giants but Rodgers cant finish the game for Pittsburgh, despite the win.
--Bucs ran the ball well against a struggling Bills team but Josh Allen willed his team to victory late. Counting postseason, his 82 career rushing TDs are the most ever for a QB and he will pass Cam Newton for the all-time lead in regular games his next start.
-- Carolina gets a victory over Atlanta to stay close behind the Bucs.
--Bears help their cause coming from behind to beat the Vikings.
Yes, they are currently in 1st place.
--With the Chargers laying a dud today, can help the winner of the big Broncos-Chiefs game.
--Titans lose another tough game with the defense unable to stop Nico Collins for the Texans at the end. Calvin Ridley breaks his leg in the loss and you wonder if the team will move on from him, next year?

Broncos put more pressure on KC with the winning streak continuing. The Eagles also continue to win, while AJ Brown continues to sulk.
--Another big game for Sam Darnold that he struggles with. The team did keep fighting however and can back to getting better knowing the Rams will play the Hawks again.
--Nice to see Kittle and Andrews have good games for their teams. Shedeur Sanders had a rough debut for the Browns, who finally bent on defense against Baltimore.
--Rodgers might miss games as well as Penix.

Seahawks fan, and in that Rams game we saw what happens when Darnold is pressured.

Yep, Colts and Eagles had their chances to make the playoffs difficult for the Chiefs or Cowboys but couldnt bury their opponents. Chiefs arent out just yet and we all know what can happen come playoff time. In fact, according to a study done by The University Of Texas-El Paso, the Chiefs have benefitted from officiating more than any team since 2017 during the postseason.(thefixisin.com) Watch out if they make postseason. Tough loss for the Eagles, who had never lost a game against Dallas with a 21 point lead.
--While Miles Garrett continues to play for a woeful franchise, he has his chance to break the record for sacks in a season. I believe he will get it but will the Browns even win five games?
--Bears get another win and still lead their division. The Giants blow their chance to upset the Lions. Patriots pretty much end any chance of the Bengals making a playoff run, with the Texans also staying in the hunt upsetting the Bills.
--Ravens and Steelers will be set up to play and decide their division. Can Rodgers and Jackson stay healthy enough to finish the season?
--Ugly losses for the Vikings and Raiders.

Ravens with two fumbles already as Likely gets the ball knocked out his hands before crossing the goalline. A true game of inches.
Big win for GB as Dallas keeps hanging on for life. Impressive last two wins however. KC wont win their division unless the Broncos collapse.
Bengals rally around Joe Burrow, playing decent defense, though the Ravens killed themselves. Bettors might have taken a bath but with Burrow, you have to be careful.

Sheesh, if I wasnt convinced of the Bears beating the Steelers with Rudoph at QB, I am today with them beating the Eagles. They are running the damn ball, and get their first winning season since 2018. I also lose my first bet this year but still up 2Gs ...
