I don't see anything that stands out as far as contributor. After retirement, he got back into the NFL in 2014. That's just 10 years. And with a team that didn't do much. I couldn't believe he's in the Redskin Ring of Fame. They do have a lot of people in it. He only started 1 year and that was just 10 games.

from wiki - In February 2014, Williams rejoined the Redskins as a personnel executive. The hiring marked Williams’ return to the Redskins. Williams was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Player Personnel in June 2017. In 2020, following a front office restructure after the hiring of Ron Rivera as head coach, Williams was named the team's senior vice president of player development. The following year he became a senior advisor to team president Jason Wright.

Who did he mentor besides Jameis Winston?

Should have been jack vanisi over her to begin with
