Another situation that was not a trade, but QBs switching teams was in 1982, when the New Orleans Saints acquired Ken Stabler from Houston, and after two weeks, they traded Archie Manning to the Oilers for OT Leon Gray.

There were other players and picks involved, but John Hadl was part of the trade that sent Lynn Dickey from Houston to Green Bay.
