That narrows the gap a bit
Bears Punting 2974 yards - 277 yds given up -160 on touchbacks= 2537/64 punts =39.64
Chargers Punting 2316 yards - 204 yds given up -120 on touchbacks = 1992/60 punts =33.2

One of the things that is harder to see on the returns is how many larger returns were given up. Granted a TD is one way. Not that I'm asking for that.
